Mr. Colmar is a senior partner at the law firm of Johnson and Colmar. Mr. Colmar has more than 30 years of legal experience in corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public debt and equity financings, including IPOs and follow-on offerings. Mr. Colmar served as a member of the team responsible for the creation and public financing of Quanta Services and as a co-founder and sponsor of the creation and public financing of Digital Music Group and Trans-India Acquisition Corp. Mr. Colmar is also a co-founder, sponsor and board member of The Joint Corp. Mr. Colmar received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.
Shelley is President and co-founder of I-Bankers Securities Inc., an international investment bank established in 1996. She previously served in various capacities of operations, finance, and compliance in the insurance and securities industry, including four years as CFO and Director for Commercial Life & Accident Insurance Co. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and an MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. She holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses.
John brings more than two decades of M&A, financial and operations experience as an innovator in the healthcare and technology fields. While CEO of Zargis Medical Corp., John led the development and global launch of a new medical device that was awarded “2009 Product of the Year” by Popular Science magazine. In 2011, John sold Zargis’ technology to 3M Corp., where he then worked on 3M’s global product launch and the integration of the acquired technology. John was also the founder and CEO of American Data Consultants, an information services provider which he sold to R.L. Polk. In addition to holding a series 79 securities license he holds degrees in biology and chemistry from the State University of New York and received an MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
Mike is the founder of I-Bankers Securities Inc., an international investment bank established in 1996. He has lived between Italy and the U.S. since 1994 and works from offices in Lugano, Switzerland and New York, NY. He has served as a director of various companies throughout his career. Under his leadership, I-Bankers Securities served as managing underwriter on transactions that collectively raised more than $6Bn concluding over 90 transactions for companies in nine countries. Mike has been securities licensed since 1992 and holds both a Series 7 and Series 24 license. He holds a BSBA from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
After achieving a master’s degree in Management and Auditing from Bocconi University in Milan, Mr. Floriani spent six years as Director of Investments of PRIVEST. During 1991 he became a Qualified Swiss Corporate Advisor and Trustee, and acted as partner and director in many international holding and finance corporations. His experience includes banking, corporate finance, and real estate investments.
